To report a new issue, send us a ticket with the following details:
Platform: PS5, PS5 Pro, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, or PC
Game Version: Disc or Digital
Game Mode: Singleplayer Campaign, Build.ARCADIA, ARCADIA. For each instance, please provide us with the name of the Mission / content where the issue occurred (e.g. First day at Silva Corp, Robin Hood).
Description: Please describe the problem in a few sentences. Example: “I cannot equip the Zoeckler Systems Delta weapon right after completing the Robin Hood mission”.
Steps to reproduce: Outline the step-by-step process that leads to the issue, as detailed as possible. Example:
- Start the game.
- Load your latest save game.
- Open the in-game inventory.
- Try to equip the Zoeckler Systems Delta pistol.
Frequency: Does this happen every time, or only occasionally?
Attachments: Include any screenshots or video clips that show the issue.
