Mission Issues
- Mission: Airspace Ban (Fly to Silva Safehouse) – Cityscape has various visual
issues. - Global – Large black/beige blocks may appear during drives or flights
(graphical corruption). - Mission: A New Companion – Visual corruption on containers may cause eye
strain/headaches. - Global – AI weapons clip through thin cover.
- Rigby animation may break/jitter when near the player in cover.
- Global – Alternating move input while aiming down sights causes popping.
- C.A.R.E.less Survival – AI will often stand still and not engage the player.
- C.A.R.E.less Survival – Picking up new weapons that share ammo types alters
the reserve ammo the player has, losing heavy ammo when picking up a new
heavy weapon. - C.A.R.E.less Survival – Character selection screen arrows are not centred on
non-16:9 ratio. - Global – Visual issues with lights and shadow.
- Mission: Solitary Confinement – Unidentified blue sphere appears during
environment scan. - Mission: Robin Hood – Silva Tunnel has an unexpected fog / sandstorm effect
which moves with the player. - Mission: Lights In The Sky – Enemy AI OWE's are still deactivated by the time
the player gets to see them across the whole mission. - Mission: Robin Hood – Vehicles and assets can be seen despawning and
flickering when the game is paused and respawning when it is un-paused. - Mission: Send Them All To Hades – There is aggressive shadow LODs popping-
in/out during the flying segment. - Clean Up On Aisle 3 – The player has incorrect animations for the Shotgun.
- Area S - Gap between meshes allows player fall into a small hole and fly DC
drone under the map. - Fractured Echo – Smoke cloud VFX suddenly pops in and out of view.
- Mission: Clash Of The Egos – Artifacting on a hangar wall.
- Global – Hostile AI will occasionally A-Pose when aiming over low cover.
- Global – Swapping shoulders whilst next to cover can result in the players arm
twitching unnaturally. - Global – Unarmed falling/landing results in left arm IK issues.
- Global – Enemy SMG users have been seen shooting and reloading in a
contorted and tangled up position. - Global – Pedestrians slide when they transition from cower state to normal
walking. - Global – Forcing an enemy out of low cover who is reloading from the left
shoulder causes twist in reload animation. - Global – Mass vehicles – wheels can rotate around wrong pivot when in
medium LOD.
Cinematic Issues
- Missing loading screens when skipping cinematic.

Jacob Sacrifices Himself – Skipping the cutscene leads to an awkward credit
transition. - Mission: Down With ODT – Morrison’s large screens may appear blank.
- Mission: The Mole Ending – Character texture popping.
- Global – Streaming and LOD issues when switching cameras.

Cinematic Skipping – Skipping cutscenes leads to visual loading issues when
entering gameplay. -
Implant Is On – Overly bright white lighting in latter parts of cinematic on
Xbox. -
Ziggurat Activates Drone – Flash of white before Mindseye title logo on Xbox.
Performance Issues

Noticeable stutters and FPS drops during races and combat encounters across
multiple missions. - Noticeable FPS drops during cinematic transitions.
- Global – FPS dramatically oscillates, especially in busy gameplay areas.

Sharp drop in FPS during some Cutscenes after Camera Change when Game
left active for several hours. -
Consoles + PC – Frame rate can drop sharply when transitioning between
missions. - Sniper rifle ADS can cause frame spikes.
- Noticeable memory spikes during cinematics on Xbox.

Mission: Robin Hood – GPU crash during driving sections on AMD Radeon RX
7700 XT 12 GB GPU. -
Mission: The End Of The World – FPS consecutively goes between ~20 to ~45
fps throughout gameplay. -
Mission: Robin Hood – Framerate is going consistently dropping during driving
segments. -
Mission: Meeting Marco Silva – FPS drops when Jacob walks away from Silva
during the cutscene. -
Mission: First Day At Silva Corp – Consistent low frame rate during drive to Car
Production. - Mission: Lights In The Sky – Sustained low FPS during the drive to the Silo.
- Mission: A New Companion – Sub 45FPS in latter half of mission.

Goin' Haywire – Downtown – Frequent fps dips below 35 throughout the
mission. -
Mission: Meeting Marco Silva – Substantial performance drop to around 19fps
for a few seconds when leaving the factory during the drive to Silva's House on
Xbox. -
Mission: Man Always Burns – Frequent FPS drops during the driving
segments. -
Mission: The Missing Genius – Framerate is below 50fps for much of
gameplay. -
Mission: The Cowboy – The user observed frame spikes when at the hospital
exterior. -
Mission: A Tango With Charlie – Intermittent performance drops below 30FPS
when loading into the checkpoint from a fresh boot. - Mission: A Vital Extraction – Performance drops below 40FPS.

Play ARCADIA – Redrock ARC has poor FPS below 30 when playing and moving
around the centre of the city.
Build Mode & Editor

No error message is shown when trying to sign into the “Account Sign up
Incentive” with an existing account. -
Set Player Character Node – Triggering this node when any other animation
besides run/walk is playing can break the animation and sometimes force
player to temporarily lose movement functionality. - The Controls List text overlaps whilst scrolling up and down.
Compatibility Issues

Xbox Series S – Weather change can cause graphical issues in Last Stand
Ziggurat. - Xbox Series – Chance for MindsEye to not launch whilst the console is offline.
Out of Memory Issues
-
Mission: Robin Hood – Rotating the camera repeatedly may cause memory
spikes and eventual crash. - Memory leak on Xbox causes crashes/freezes in high-performance areas.
- Mission: Robin Hood – Out of Memory crash while driving to the safehouse.
- Mission: Meeting Marco Silva – Out of Memory crash at the end of cutscene.
- Sky Race: No-fly Zone – Out of Memory crash while flying the drone.
- ARCADIA – Out of Memory crash after entering multiple ARCs.
- Out of Memory crash on Xbox after 30-60 minutes of play.
Other Issues

Launching in Offline Mode shows “Build” tile even
though Build.ARCADIA Mode can’t be entered without internet connectivity. -
Play ARCADIA – Leaderboards fail to repopulate when entering and exiting
menu post-match. -
Play ARCADIA – Booting the game in offline mode before reconnecting to the
internet will cause Arcadia leaderboards not to appear.
