We know that encountering bugs or glitches can be frustrating. Through our Patch Notes and Known Issues, we keep you informed of what we have fixed and what is currently tracked.
Please know that we work hard to find all of these bugs and squash them. If you would like to help us with our mission, we would greatly appreciate it. The best way to bring these to our attention is to send us a ticket and to include the following information:
Platform: PS5, PS5 Pro, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, or PC
Game Version: Disc or Digital
Game Mode: Singleplayer Campaign, Build.ARCADIA, ARCADIA. For each instance, please provide us with the name of the Mission / content where the issue occurred: First day at Silva Corp, Robin Hood, etc.
Description: Please describe the problem in a few sentences. Example: “I cannot equip the Zoeckler Systems Delta weapon right after completing the Robin Hood mission”.
Steps to reproduce: Outline the step-by-step process that leads to the issue, as detailed as possible. Example:
- Start the game.
- Load your latest save game.
- Open the in-game inventory.
- Try to equip the Zoeckler Systems Delta pistol.
Frequency: Let us know if the issue happened once or many times. Also, does it ALWAYS happen?
Attachments: Attachment or link to any videos or images that will further help explain the issue.
All of the above, as well as any additional contextual details you provide during your support request submission, help our team identify the solution faster.
