If you are having trouble accessing your DLC, follow these platform-specific steps:
For PlayStation:
- Select the game on your home screen
- Press the Options button on your controller
- Select Manage Game Content
- Check if any items are marked as Not Installed and download them
For Epic Games:
- Open the Epic Games Launcher
- Go to your Library
- Locate your game with DLC and click the three dots next to the title
- Click Manage Add-Ons
- To install the DLC, move the slider to the right for each one you'd like to install
For Steam:
- Locate MindsEye game in your Steam Library
- Right-click on the game title and select "Properties"
- Navigate to the "DLC" tab to view and manage your content
If you pre-ordered the game digitally but did not receive any of the Pre-Order Bonuses outlined above, please check the MindsEye DLC list on your platform to make sure it is installed.
For physical pre-orders missing the "Deluxe Edition Upgrade," please contact the retailer you purchased the game from.
